Financial audit provides assurance to users of a company's financial information presented in its financial statements that reflect the true and fair view of the entity's operations. We perform an audit of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Lithuanian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The review of the financial statements is based on procedures that do not require all the evidence necessary for a financial audit. These procedures allow to state whether the financial statements had been prepared in accordance with the legal requirements that are applicable for the financial statements.

Verification of the legality and eligibility of the costs received by EU support.

We revise the financial data of the company and express our expert opinion on the formulated questions. The tasks of performing the agreed-upon procedures may include certain financial items (accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchases/sales to related parties, etc.), conducted for one, several or all of the financial statements.
